The Lachlan Way Motel overlooks beautiful Lake Cargelligo - a pristine body
of water just 2 hours North of Griffith. The town of Lake Cargellio is a thriving
rural community that attracts tourists and avid aquatic athletes from all over
the country. Described as an unexpected oasis, its beauty and tranquility has
remained unspoilt and there is a strong culture for water activities and sports
in the town.

Lake Cargellio is the perfect place to stop, stay and indulge in a range of
wonderful activities, including skiing, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, and swimming.
But by far the largest group of visitors to the Lake and its surrounds are the
birdwatchers, who flock to see the incredible diversity of waterfowl and other
rare birds.

Situated at the end of the main street, the Lachlan Way Motel enjoys high
exposure and a steady flow of visitors and guests. 7 deluxe rooms overlook
the lake and all have queen beds. 4 have a queen and a sofa, 3 have
