2017 Hino Concrete Truck Business for sale Horsley Park NSW

I am a franchisee selling my truck which comes with ongoing work and a 5+5 year contract. The work is very consistent and generates roughly over $360,000 per annum in total sales depending on how hard you work and take on jobs.

Prior to purchasing the truck the new owner can come in the truck for a day to see how the work is and then will need to do a 2 week training course in Brisbane which will show you how to mix concrete onsite, deal with clients, learn how to use the truck, etc

This is a really profitable business and the reason for me selling it is because I am a current builder and I don’t have time to run the concrete taxi business
Whoever purchases the truck must have a property to put down as guarantor or if you have a family member or friend who is willing to put down there property there must be a property down when signing the new contract between the new owner and concrete taxi.

The truck is in very good condition as it’s always serviced every 5000km and has all new parts on it which can discuss in person. The truck is a 5 speed manual and falls under a MR license in nsw

If the truck is owner driven generally speaking after taking away all fees, material, insurances, mechanical, etc the new owner should be pulling in around $180,000+ depending on how hard you work.
